A proud “MexiPino” raised in East Salinas California, Xavier got his start at KHDC 90.9FM and honed his craft at San Jose State University, earning a B.S. in Public Relations and becoming the Program Director of activist-driven Radio Aztlan. His career spans major markets, including San Francisco’s WILD 94.9 and Los Angeles’ Mega 100, where he built a loyal fanbase through his signature mix of music, culture, and authenticity.

Beyond radio, Xavier is the founder of Xavier The X-Man’s Cruise for the Cause, a 23-year-strong charity car show that raises funds for children with cancer. His passion for Lowrider culture has earned him features in Lowrider Magazine, and his community outreach—from school visits to nonprofit partnerships—has made him a trusted voice in Latino and Filipino communities alike.
